🙏 Worship Is More Than Music
When you sit behind a drum kit during worship, you’re not just playing a beat—you’re leading people into the presence of God. Rhythm has power. In the Bible, music and instruments were used in battle, in praise, and in prayer. And even today, drums remain a foundational part of modern worship.
But that role doesn’t happen overnight. It starts with practice—and more importantly, with identity.
🥁 Discovering Your God-Given Rhythm
In every lesson at my studio, I aim to teach more than just paradiddles and patterns. I help students listen—to the beat, yes—but also to how God might be working through their creativity. For many, drumming becomes a space where:
They build confidence in a safe, encouraging environment
They learn discipline, patience, and the joy of progress
They realize their rhythm isn’t random—it’s God-given
Not every student starts out knowing they’re called to serve in worship. But over time, many begin to feel that quiet tug on their heart—maybe this gift is meant for something bigger.

My goal isn’t just to create skilled drummers. My goal is to help raise up worshippers who know how to serve the church with humility, sensitivity, and excellence.
